This morning I was excited to make my TV debut on Great Day Green Country! We talked about a few ways you can wear color if you’re afraid to give it a try. I love these Rockstar jeans from Old Navy in Monaco Plum — the color is a bit more subdued than your typical brights, but jewel tones are definitely perfect for fall. I paired them with gray for an easy, neutral pairing, chambray for a neutral that’s a bit unexpected, and lavender for a pop of color that’s not too overwhelming. Check back later with Great Day Green Country for a recap and video! And if you’re in the Tulsa area, you can stop by the Old Navy at 41st and Yale to pick up any of these items (big thanks to the staff there for all your help!).

Disclosure: Compensation was not provided for this post, nor for my GDGC segment. I just think Old Navy is a great place to try trends without breaking the bank. I think you all know how much I like Old Navy anyways!

Congrats on the TV appearance! I’ve never been on TV (as myself—long story, I was once in a Curious George costume) but I think I’d be terrified. Can’t wait to watch the recap!
I kept myself busy leading up to it so I wouldn’t get too nervous! And everyone was super nice, so that helped.
Very cool! Love the graphic too
Awesome! Congratulations!
I like all the combinations.
OMG!!!! Congrats, congrats! I watch that show every morning, however of course the one day I didn’t you were on! Look forward to seeing the video! So glad you got this opportunity!

Whoo-hoo! Dying to see you on TV! So I can see what you wore! And how much of an accent you have!
While I love your plum choices, my favourite part of that graphic is watching how the model’s thighs appear fatter in the grey shirt.
Spoiler alert: I wore a navy + white polka dot top with pink pants, and the truth is, I have more of an accent than I realized! Ouch.
Does your posting a comment mean that you have power? I hope so!
So excited that you’re a teevee star now!!
Love the pants shared with the shimmery top!
Can’t wait to hear all about how you came to be famous!
