Doc knows best

People, I’m having a fashion emergency over here.

It happens every year in those few weeks between naked-is-still-too-much-clothing and twenty-layers-FTW. I think they call it spring and fall.

You see, spring and fall are blink-and-you’ll-miss-it events around here. And just as I find the perfect balance between warm enough for the mornings and cool enough for the afternoons, they’re gone.

So now, with nothing but spring weather in the forecast, I’ve decided to do a little self-medicating with the help of my trusty daily style blog reads (gotta love the archives). Just pretend this is coming from a real doc, ok?

What’s your spring style Rx?

  1. This has absolutely nothing to do with the above post, but I just need you to know that I am hopelessly addicted to the mix CD you gave me.

You are now not only my Style Guru and my Makeup Guru, but also my Music Guru.

    That is all.

  2. I can completely empathize Lisa! My biggest issue is how to dress seasonally appropriate…Flip flops are NOT November shoes but when it is 80 degrees out what do you do? I’m working on a post on this now.

Spring and Fall are short here too, but I have a few little jackets and light-weight cardies to throw over t-shirts, camis and dresses to get me through the in-between seasons. I love layering! I like the line-up of outfits you have here, it gives me the inspiration to mix things up a little rather than wearing the same old combos over and over!
