May your weekend be the greatest show on earth!
I finished reading Water for Elephants about a week ago and finally got to see the movie today. Highly recommend both!

Thanks! You too!
Oh, read the book a while back and also enjoyed it. Glad to hear the movie does it justice. Can’t wait to see it… you know, when it goes to dvd.
Did you read the part at the end, where the author talks about how the story came to be? I LOVED that!
I’ve neither read the book nor seen the movie, but I can’t wait to see Reese Witherspoon’s costumes. I hear they’re to die for!
(It’s always about the clothes with me.)
They are AMAZING. The movie could have been crap and I still would have enjoyed it for the costumes (and the elephant, of course). And her makeup is fantastic!
Oh, thanks for the reminder. I’ve been meaning to download that. I don’t know about seeing Twilight dude in other movies, but the previews have attracted me enough, and my stepmom loved the book. Although she also loved Eat, Pray, Love, so I don’t know if she can be trusted.
Forget Twilight. This is the kind of role Robert Pattinson is meant to be playing. Jacob is the new Edward. (I’m sorry, I couldn’t help myself. It was way too easy.)
I haven’t read Eat, Pray, Love, but I was not impressed with the movie.
