I’m not really a fan of summer, but these photos make it look like such a fun and carefree season, huh? I’ll try to remind myself to enjoy all the extra hours of daylight, all the watermelon I can eat, and having the perfect excuse for a frozen daiquiri when we hit that 10th day of triple digit heat in a row.

I always say I love Summer, but now that it’s here I remember that I don’t like the heat much at all! Love these photos, definitely a good reminder of what is good about the Summer – it does have its perks after all.
I think the worst part here is the humidity. I hate stepping outside in the morning and feeling the weight of it. But, this summer I will try my best to learn to enjoy it, or at least tolerate it better! (I’m sure I will look back on this in July and laugh at myself for even thinking it.)
