So I’ve hesitated for the longest time on starting a weekly links post, because let’s be honest, some weeks blog reading just doesn’t happen. But I’ve finally decided to do it anyway because I know there are probably some blogs I read that you don’t, and I always love discovering new-to-me blogs through other peoples’ link posts. It may not be a weekly thing, but if I read something interesting and want to share it, you’ll find it here — whether it’s just one link or ten. Enjoy!
Pin of the week // I have some washi tape lying around that is just begging to be used to personalize my power adapters this weekend.
Patti is sharing something to think, believe, or do every day this year, and this month’s theme is all about love. How gorgeous are her graphics?! See also: this infographic on getting past zero.
I am SO proud/happy/excited for my friend Lexi who was just selected as the new official Rimmel London blogger! I had the opportunity to hang out with her at Alt (she even witnessed my butt-meets-ice moment and stuck with me anyway), and not only is she one of the sweetest people I met, she also has an incredible story to share.
Hilary’s post is a good reminder not to get discouraged when success seems to come more easily to someone else than it does to you… because you never know when they might be leaving out a key detail when they tell their story.
Liz has some great tips on staying motivated as a small business owner.
I had heard of Gizoogle before, but someone tweeted it out and I forgot just how much it brings the giggles. I present to you a few of my Alt tweets, Gizoogle style: Stay true to your audience, create content you love, and (language alert!) you have to hustle.

I’m glad you starting a round up series – I love these and I’m totally wash-taping my power adapters too! Great find!
Thanks so much for the link love! All these links are awesome! I am seriously washi taping my adapters at this moment & I am all over that twizzle shiz.
Lisa, you are the best! Thank you so much for including me in your new round-up. And trust me, I’ve had the same thoughts about a weekly link post – I don’t always post one – but when I do – I feel good that I’m sharing the things I’m really loving online right now. Happy weekend!
This is what I have been planning to do to my Apple plugs as well, it looks so pretty and as an added benefit I instantly recognise which of the hundreds of cables are actually mine. Thanks for sharing
I’m very excited about your new series!!!! I also love discovering unique blogs

Lisa, thank you so much for sharing! That post {series of posts} is so close to my heart. Really think it helps us all stay more clear on where we’re at on the path, which is usually not as far behind everyone else as we all secretly think.
with grace & gumption, Hilary
