Make WP Work

Make WP Work: WordPress, Simplified // MakeWPWork.com // by Elembee.com

Remember when I said I needed to say no to blogging for a little while so I could say yes to other things that have been on my list for forever? I’m excited to share one of those things today!

Make WP Work is WordPress, simplified, for the blogger, for the small business owner — for anyone who wants to stop struggling and start creating. You’ll get all the essentials, in plain English, with step by step how-to guides and honest advice on what you actually need to know to make your WordPress site work for you.

You can find out more at MakeWPWork.com. If you’re not already on my email list, sign up in the box below (or leave a comment and check the box below the submit button), and you can download a free preview with a discount code good through April 13.

As I mentioned before, I also said no to blogging so I could focus on my emails for a while and start adjusting to the habit of creating exclusive content there. I’ve really been enjoying it! I try to keep things short and sweet and always end with a task you can actually do to improve you website. I’m pretty excited about the upcoming content I have planned, so I hope you’ll join!

But this blog isn’t disappearing — now that things are settling down again, I’m planning a comeback very soon! Tweet me and let me know what you’d like to read about, or leave a comment below. I’ve missed y’all!

  3. Congrats on your new venture! I so wish I used WP just so I could work with you/use all of your good advice. Some topics I would be really interested in reading about, if you were interested in writing on them: when does a blogger need a media kit? Or basically, when is spending the money on a media kit necessary or justifiable. In the same vein, when is spending money on your blog justifiable? I always hear you need to spend money to make money, but how do you know if you’ll get a return on that investment? These are just the kinds of things I’ve been pondering lately!

    • There’s a guide to migrating from Blogger in the book… just saying ;-)! These are great questions Jackie! I started a draft a while back on investing in yourself and your business, sounds like I need to pull it back out and finish it!
